CrossFit helps develop the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The development of these skills is essential for any teen part-taking in sport! Developing strength from a young age also helps to improve bone density and promote muscle mass which is essential for good health!
Classes will be for 16 and 17 year olds only at present.
