On Sunday mornings at 10am we run a Bootcamp class. In our Bootcamp classes we like to grind out a long sweaty workout that has no high-skill barbell or gymnastic movements. We challenge ourselves to build our aerobic and explosive capacity through cardio, bodyweighted movements, and plyometric training. The best part about our Bootcamp is that you don't have to be a member to attend! Anyone can bring their family and friends down to get a sweat on together on a Sunday!
