BabyBells is a rebuild program designed to reintroduce Mams to exercise postnatally in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are structured so that Mams can bring their babies along while they exercise. We create a relaxed environment where Mams can feed and tend to their baby when needed.
The programming focuses on building mind-body connection for women's core and pelvic floor strength and co-ordination, general strength and cardiovascular capacity. The programming is individually tailored to each woman in the class depending on the type of pelvic floor symptoms she is experiencing. This class is for all women who have had a vaginal birth or c-section. Our programming helps address and resolve symptoms of incontinence, prolapse, as well as pelvic and back pain. This class will help you return to exercise and impact and support you in living life without pelvic floor symptoms!
You must be 6 weeks post natural delivery or 12 weeks post C section to part-take in the course. 'Return to Exercise' medical clearance from a doctor is required. We recommend that you attend a Women's Health Physiotherapist before joining the course.
We run classes on an ongoing basis so that you can start as soon as you're ready!
Coach Roisin is a nurse and mother herself. She is a Pregnancy and Post-Partum Athleticism Coach who is passionate about woman's health and return to exercise. Roisin feels very strongly about helping women become strong and live without pelvic floor symptoms in their day to day life and during exercise!
