My journey in sports and fitness started at a young age, fueled by a deep passion for movement and competition. Growing up, I was always involved in various sports, but my true love for athleticism flourished through Jiu-Jitsu, where I became a World and European medalist. These experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work. Over the years, I’ve transformed these lessons into a coaching philosophy that emphasizes strength, endurance, and a positive mindset. With certifications in CrossFit and personal training, and a specialized focus on pre and postpartum fitness, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others unlock their potential. My goal as a coach is to inspire, motivate, and guide each athlete on their journey, no matter where they start.
My turning point came when I faced a series of tough losses in Jiu-Jitsu, which shook my confidence and fueled self-doubt. Instead of giving up, I decided to confront my fear of failure head-on. I trained harder, focused on my weaknesses, and eventually turned those defeats into victories, earning World and European medals. This experience taught me resilience and the power of self-belief. Now, as a coach, I help others conquer their own doubts, encouraging them to turn challenges into triumphs and become the heroes of their own stories.
